This storybook is written to teach children the importance of honesty and encourage them to love and share honesty. This book came about when the Holy Spirit brought to my mind a vision, which I saw during one of my counselling sessions some time back. As my counsellor and I were discussing about some specific issues in my life that needed healing, I saw Jesus coming into the room and gently drawing out a broken part from my innermost being. I recognised this broken part immediately. She had short hair and was wearing long black pants and a long-sleeved white shirt. She had been feeling miserable all her life as she had carried a deep hatred in her heart toward her father. He had behaved as though he only had a son but not a daughter. I had earlier on introduced this part to Jesus during one of my quiet moments before going for counselling. She refused to listen to me. She said that "all men are the same." I told her that Jesus is different-that he longed to woo her, heal her, and take the place of her father who was never a father to her. She was adamant, so I told her to take some time to consider.

My aim is to present some glimpses into my life. What should I say? And should I tell everything that there is to be told? That is impossible, because we all have areas of our lives that we would rather keep to ourselves and not share with anyone else. A human being is a mystery. Therefore, I cannot claim that my writing will be characterized by objectivity. How objective can one be when talking about oneself? I can easily state that the reason for writing my story is to shed some light on my experiences in life: the sweet with the bitter may serve as valuable lessons for the youth. What is more difficult is to admit that writing my story is actually a personal journey to self-discovery. This story can be split into different stages: growing up in Makkah, my education and travels in Egypt, Germany, and America, and finally my struggle up the career ladder. My deep appreciation goes to Mrs. Amal Sebai and Mrs. Mercy Larbi for translating the book into English.

To understand and to keep feeling your self-satisfaction in a high level, you should share your story, especially if it's worth to talk about regardless of the reactions you may receive. I have decided to start writing as I'm writing on a regular basis on my Facebook wall and I got plenty of likes for my notes. My writing skills have been improved steadily due to reading many books. In most of my leisure time, I tend to complete one book at least. Most of my writing is about motivation quotes, about not giving up despite the hard and aggressive life we live. Beside this, people in general have a sense of curiosity. They are so eager to know what occurred to you if there is something from their perspective to ask. As long as my confidence is reflected in my attitude as well as my personality, ultimately I don't have any objection to tell them what happened to me and how proud I am of myself. Without this tough experience, we may not meet or they may not even know me. Therefore, I do welcome all of you, my beloved friends, to join me. My journey might help and give insightful meaning for people who apparently need to perceive life in a way to thank God for every single thing.
