The Familiar

An introductory first installment of a saga. We learn the beginnings of a hero and heroine as the journey begins. The lead, John Darkstar, ventures back to his hometown to face darkness sleeping deep in the woods. He must lay to rest this threat in order to protect the lives of his friends who accompanied him. His conflicts will awaken powers deep within his soul to vanquish it.
