Unraveling Light

Unraveling Light is a soul put to paper through scribbles and prose. Made up of five sections-Self, Life, Love, Create, and Change-the collection as a whole inspires hope, in spite of hurt. While some poems take on the inward struggles of body image, heartbreak, and depression, they also expand outward to try to make sense of the state of the world, what it means to tell stories, and why we treat each other the way we do. The words within it serve as not just the written sum of one person's experiences, but as a celebration of surviving them.
