Originally published in 1955, this book discusses various aspects of Bible teaching in secondary schools. The text begins with a discussion of the general principles of biblical instruction and then moves on to an analysis of subject matter and potential difficulties. The principles of syllabus selection are also described.
Published in 1958 this book examines the role between the Church and the State at that time. Dr Murray sees the 'Church' as more than a particular religious establishment. Similarly the State is more than a particular government: it is the whole organization of secular affairs, which now affects every part of the ordinary man's life.
