How do I return my order?

You have the right to return your order within 30 days. The return period will expire after 30 days from the day the order was delivered to you.

  1. Inform us

    Let us know what you want to return by email at info (a) tales.as or at our contact page
     

  2. Pack
    Use the same packaging material or better as you are responsible for the goods under the transport back.
    Be sure to include the dispatch note that you have received with your package from us.
     
  3. Send
    Send the package to the above address and ensure to use a service where you can track the package (remember to note the track and trace no.). It is also important that the package is delivered to our return address and not delivered to a pickup location.
     
  4. Wait for the refund
    As soon as we get the package we will automatically register your return and make a refund with the same payment method you used with your purchase unless you have explicitly specified otherwise.

Who pays for the return postage?
If you’ve changed your mind, you will need to pay the cost of return postage. If the items received is incorrect or damaged we will of course pay for the postage – if that’s the case please visit ‘damaged order’ and we will find a solution together.
