How do I return my order?

You may return your order within 30 days.
The return period will expire after 30 days from the day the order was delivered to you.

You can return our order partially or fully to the following address:

 -Note: Return packages must be send with Royal Mail.-
 

  1. Pack
    Use the same packaging material or better as you are responsible for the goods under the transport.
    Be sure to include the dispatch note that you have received along with your order.
     
  2. Send
    Send the package to the above address and ensure to use a service where you can track the package (remember to note the tracking no.). It is also important that the package is delivered to our return address and not delivered to a pickup location.
     
  3. Wait for the refund
    As soon as we get the package we will automatically register your return and make a refund with the same payment method you used when you made your purchase.

 

  
Who pays for the return postage?
If you have changed your mind, you will need to pay the cost of return postage. If the items received is incorrect or damaged we will of course pay for the postage – if that’s the case please visit ‘damaged order’ and we will find a solution together.
