Payment

You can only pay for products using a credit or debit card. All payments are charged in the chosen currency. We accept the following cards (no extra fees):

 

  • VISA debit & credit card
  • Mastercard debit & credit

 

Informations about your payment is safely encrypted in corporation with ePay.dk (part of Bambora) and are send through a secure SSL connection to the bank. 

 

Payment will be debited from your account when the product(s) has been shipped:
 

  • Buying physical goods (books and games): Payment will be debited when the products are shipped.
  • Buying e-books or audiobooks: Payment will be debited in connection with the order confirmation mail that contains the download link to the product(s).
  • Buying a combined order of physical goods and digital goods: The payment will be debited when the physical goods are shipped.

 

Delivery

All products are delivered within Europe. The goods are usually shipped the same day.

 

All e-books and audiobooks can be downloaded right after the purchase via the download link from the order confirmation mail or by logging in to your account. No shipment cost are included.

 

The specific delivery cost and delivery time are shown on the respective product page. We usually ship the same day and inform you afterward. 

 

The shippingcosts depends on your country and are calculated during check-out.

 

Age limit

You have to be at least 18 years old to buy from tales.as. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are 18+.

 

Cancellation

You can always edit or cancel your order from the track order page or by letting us know by email at info (a) tales.as or at our contact page. It requires that the order haven’t been shipped yet.

 

If your order have already been shipped you can choose to return it to us. See below information about returns.

 

Returns

 

Physical goods

You have the right to return your order within 30 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day the order was delivered to you.

 

Digital goods (e-books and audio books)

You have the right to cancel your order within 10 days.
The cancellation period will expire after 10 days from the day the order was send per email.
If an e-book or audio book has been downloaded, a refund is not possible.

Inform us

Let us know what you want to return by email at info (a) tales.as or at our contact page.

 

Pack

Use the same packaging material or better as you are responsible for the goods under the transport back.

 

Send

Send the package to the above address and ensure to use a service where you can track the package (remember to note the track and trace no.). You can’t handle in the return at the address yourself. 

 

Wait for the refund

As soon as we get the package we will make a refund with the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

Special terms for business customers:

We don’t accept returns for business customers unless otherwise has been agreed. If you wish to return anyway contact us info (a) tales.as og at our contact page.

 

Damaged or defective products 

Please inform us as quickly as possible at info (a) tales.as og at our contact page and we will find the best solution for you. 

 

If the products delivered to you are not as described or of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery you have the right to get a full refund if it’s within 30 days of delivery. If it’s after 30 days we can help with a replacement or compensation.

Complaints

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact us at info (a) tales.as or at our contact page. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint to EU commission’s online complaints portal: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

 

PriceRunner Buyer Protection

When you shop with us, you are covered by the PriceRunner Buyer Protection. This means that your purchase is protected up to £ 5,000 if problems occur in connection with your purchase. The Buyer Protection scheme costs nothing and applies to all registered PriceRunner members.

 

If you are not a PriceRunner member and have visited us through their service, you can still get your purchase covered by the Buyer Protection. All you have to do is register on their website within 60 minutes of making a purchase.

 

With the PriceRunner Buyer Protection, you receive compensation for broken goods, if the goods are not delivered, if an individual product is missing on delivery or if the goods are incorrect. In order for the Buyer Protection to apply, the order must be addressed to you as a private person.

 

If something goes wrong with your purchase, the Buyer Protection covers you for both purchasing and shipping costs. You also receive compensation for any direct financial damage you have suffered as a result of the issue. The Buyer Protection does not compensate you for any depreciation, loss of revenue or other direct or indirect costs.
