Teaching is the core of higher education institution and as such must be able to meet the standard of reliability, assurance, empathy, responsiveness and tangibility of service quality as well as meet the standard dimensions of effectiveness in individual rapport, group interaction, organization and clarity, breadth of coverage, examination and grading, assignment and reading and learning values. Higher education institution are responsible in delivering of quality to all their stakeholders, which includes the students and their parent, future employer, research sponsors, the community, society and the government.
