Using the evidence available from archaeology, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Koran, the Talmud, and other biblical sources, Osman provides a compelling case that Jesus and Joshua were one and the same, and that this person was likewise the pharaoh Tutankhamun.

The author contends that the roots of Christian belief spring not from Judaea but from Egypt. He suggests that the major tenets of Christian belief--the One God, the Trinity, the hierarchy of heaven, life after death, and the virgin birth--are all Egyptian in origin.
