He stumbles upon them in a modern-day parkland, because of an unfortunate incident which partially debilitates him during his pre-adolescent years. In the encroaching years, he investigates their demise and attempts to rid them by any means possible. He endures them throughout the turmoil, eventually realizing his family is what he holds dearest. Will he be saved from his visual haunts that terrorize him at every turn? Will he ever be free from the condemning, lost troupe that needs justice to rectify one dubious act of slaughter? And who else will be affected by the group's subtle pulling of drawstrings through a fiercely-brave youth? As you read, please, please see that not all that can kill you Breathes. Teal is flying.
Neil, a college sophomore, decides to stay in town for the summer and get a job. He needs a room, and the ad sounds innocent enough, "Widow with large house near campus seeks student boarder. Sex, race, unimportant." Neil discovers that Eva is no ordinary landlady. He soon realizes he might not be as mature as he'd thought after the first time she spanks him bare-bottom over her knee. When Eva starts putting him in diapers, he learns he's a lot more than just Auntie Eva's boarder.
In today's fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment, frequent feedback and "course correction" is absolutely vitalBut about the only time most managers offer employees feedback is during scheduled (and generally infrequent) performance appraisals, which tend to be stiff, formal, and whether intentionally or not adversarial, and therefore ineffective.Formula 2+2 offers a simple yet powerful approach to revolutionizing feedback conversations. It details the five secrets of effective feedback: making it timely, balanced between compliments and critiques, focused on high priority areas, supported with specific examples, and reinforced with appropriate follow-up.
