It was created in recognition that this is a growing issue in our communities and a topic we need to equip our children to talk about in a meaningful and constructive manner. Not only will the next generation be exposed to anti-muslim attitudes through the media and wider public opinion, they are also at greater risk than ever of being exposed to radical ideas and being radicalised themselves. The book aims to be a starting point for a much broader conversation and is by no means a comprehensive resource.

These things are open to everyone. Children who read diverse stories, will accept diversity as the norm. They will lean toward inclusivity and expect a seat at the table when matters of importance are discussed. After all, all our voices count!
