From the Author: Some of us find we are in debt and wonder, then ask the question, "how on earth did I get into such a mess?" Debt does have a way of creeping up on us if we lose sight of what we are doing and where we intend to go. We might decide to renovate our home and find any number of hidden problems that invariably cost us money - usually more than the money we had put into a budget to cover the initial renovations. It''s very rarely that projects come in under budget; on rare occasions, we may manage to work the equation out. Businesses often have more in outgoing expenses than in incoming sales. This situation usually leads to accelerating rising debt. At the beginning of projects or ventures, we often start out with very good intentions and then find the initial idea, though of value and worth, may end up costing us more than we had forecast in the business plan or budget. There are many scenarios, not to mention overspending, that can lead us into spiralling, mounting debt. If it''s receivership1 , insolvency2 , voluntary administration3 or bankruptcy4 and is part of the financial crisis you are experiencing. In these times, your mind needs to be bigger than the situation you are facing; this awareness will make you stronger. Don''t hang on to the past, you may lose material goods and they can be replaced. You may not venture into the same business again, but if you have determination, while taking on the challenge, in time, you will find another way of developing and maintaining your wellbeing and financial wellbeing. Through a financial recession in Australia, I lost all of the material goods that I had worked hard to build over a thirty-year period. Despite my continued hard work to financially survive, I knew the inevitable was going to happen - financial demise and the necessity to start re-building my financial and emotional life from scratch. Through the recession, I lost my home and the means, I had, at that time, for earning my living, my business. I looked at the situation, though I was heartbroken, in the cold light of day, I realised, these are only material possessions and I can start again. I''m not saying it''s easy, it''s not, but it can be done. I kept my words and my thoughts silent and by doing this I gained the inner strength I needed to get through the situation. I did not think, at the time of the recession, that I would be sitting at my computer many years later writing books for my online bookstore business that has a financial value. You may find that I revert back to the beginning of my journey or to a different time in the journey as you read through the text. To write just one book can take many years but this is all part of the journey. Please take inspiration from the words. It has not always been easy but the learning from the experiences cannot be bought. Nor did I have the vision that my writings, which I started at the time of the recession in 1999, my computer would become the tool that I would use in developing my businesses of writing ''how to'' books which are now part of Books For Reading On Line. Com. When older people lose their income and their wealth that is a very sad state of affairs, but with reading my book and working a system, they too, can become self-sustainable and independent again. You see, it''s your determination and the commitment you have to your goals that makes the difference. Yes, when I have had the determination to keep going, though there were little to no results from my efforts, I did not let anybody steal my dream. There are many people who may think you are mad or sneer at your efforts, this I too have experienced, but I just kept the determination to my writing going.
Overview of the story so far: Will has been working all day long for the farmer on the Island of Ozimoth. One good thing about the day, thought Will as he rode his bike home: 'Today is payday'. The farmer had paid Will the same amount of money as he usually paid him, but this time, the farmer had given Will a 10% bonus because he had really worked hard for the last two weeks. Will was busily thinking about the bonus and wanted to know how much money the farmer had paid him. He was thinking too hard and suddenly, while riding his bike on the way home, he has an accident - Will comes off his bike and finds he is lying on the grass at the side of the gravel road next to a field. While he was trying to collect his thoughts, after the accident and still lying on the grass, Will thinks he hears the familiar sound of a space ship's motor. He is right, he does! Will, joins the Grigan Leader, and his guards and they journey to the Planet of Grigan. While on Grigan, Will takes an un-expected journey to the Planet of Zadril. Scene One takes place when Will is hurtling down the large, black hole under the large tree on the Planet of Grigan!
Working With Your Emotional Intelligence to Sell.
The beauty of poetry allows the mind to wander and play with words. It allows us to sit and think, to imagine, and to linger. Inner strength is gained, and a difficult journey can become a time of learning.

Because stress is such a serious subject, I have decided to tackle it with a light-hearted approach. I have used cats as part of the conversation throughout this book; cats seem to live a life of their own and only do what they want to do. Therefore, I'm going to focus on managing stress and work with the conditions and life situations that most people experience daily. I am also going to take you through the stories of Mary and Joe. Mary and Joe are the pseudonyms given to the some of the case studies. These are 'real-life' experiences for the people involved. In some instances, the name of the person is real as in the study of Nidal. You and I are going to take on the subject of stress together. After reading this book, you will own the power within your mind to create this positive way of living and working for now and into the future. The journey is what you make it. My purpose is to give you good, researched information that will allow you to get the maximum out of your life. I have introduced a chapter on the food you eat - many people don't realise, the food they eat can also make them feel stressed. With the cat conversations continuing and towards the end of the book, I introduce you to Mindfulness and how you can apply this ancient philosophy and technique in your life, many times a day, when needed. Becoming sensitive takes time and patience and is a goal you achieve through determination. With this information, you become strongminded, and have the ability, to Beat Stress in 20 Seconds. It's a startling realisation, when you take your power back, you can feel the strength of life surge through your mind and body. My aim is not only for adults to understand stress and how destructive unmanaged stress can be but to also make this knowledge easily available to young people. Managing stress is easy when you know how to manage it. I have therefore added a sign at the end of each chapter, this sign will prompt you into taking action, which will immediately allow you to work with managing the stress you are experiencing.
A Quick Overview How it works: You have senses, from your senses you receive information. Once the information is received you process it through your neuron connections in your brain. These neuron connections are indeed electrical transmitters that help to create and work as your mind. The processing of information may be connected to your past experiences held within your memory. Once you have processed the information you take action. For instance: you open the fridge and there's no milk. You process this information in your mind. The remedy you think: get in the car, go to the shops, buy some milk. Going to buy the milk is the action you take after your mind has done the processing of: needing milk! Of course the human brain and mind are far more complicated than this. It's knowing how to drive your human mind that takes knowledge and understanding. When you know how to make the right choices at the right times this leads to wellbeing, mind health, self achievement and self-sustainability.
