He applied his investigative skills and intellect to study the arguments and evidence for atheism and for Christianity. He expected to affirm his atheism, but one by one, his studies kept pointing to Christianity as true, with the one exception being the problem of evil. None of the Christian explanations completely addressed the problem. But he saw that certain elements of the most promising ones fit coherently into a theodicy that persuasively solves the problem of evil in its entirety. Daniel Parks is a paralegal with over seventeen years of experience in personal injury law. He teaches at his church, and, in a variety of social media groups, discusses Christian and anti-Christian arguments and evidence with people of any worldview and belief.
