Some of the book's characters have names of real people and some quotes are fresh from Newspapers published during the time of the writing. The phenomenon of terrorism, now turned commonplace, has discomposed the world. British and American "Think Tanks" have something to say about how to save the world from terrorism. A lead character in the book asks some questions about that. The plot spans a fortnight in April 2004.
