Competitive teaching takes into consideration a precise objective to meet a precise need for a precise period of time. In order to accomplish their mission, those in charge mainly mobilize human resources and strategies for the transfer and construction of academic and formative knowledge. In the course of my multiple classroom observations and field research, I have very often witnessed difficult moments experienced by trainers, teachers and learners in different disciplines, levels and contexts. This is why, thanks to my experience and my various researches and based on real, observed and very frequent difficulties, I propose strategies and practices that are thoughtful, verified, successful and feasible in any space and socio-cultural context. They are concerned with teaching/learning and training in scientific, linguistic and general culture disciplines.
L'insegnamento competitivo prende in considerazione un obiettivo preciso per soddisfare un preciso bisogno per un preciso periodo di tempo. Per realizzare la loro missione, i responsabili mobilitano principalmente risorse umane e strategie per il trasferimento e la costruzione di conoscenze accademiche e formative. Nel corso delle mie molteplici osservazioni in aula e delle ricerche sul campo, ho assistito molto spesso a momenti difficili vissuti da formatori, insegnanti e studenti in diverse discipline, livelli e contesti. Per questo, grazie alla mia esperienza e alle mie varie ricerche e sulla base di difficoltà reali, osservate e molto frequenti, propongo strategie e pratiche ponderate, verificate, efficaci e realizzabili in qualsiasi spazio e contesto socio-culturale. Si occupano di insegnamento/apprendimento e formazione in discipline scientifiche, linguistiche e di cultura generale.
Der wettbewerbsfähige Unterricht berücksichtigt ein präzises Ziel, um einen präzisen Bedarf für einen präzisen Zeitraum zu decken. Um ihren Auftrag zu erfüllen, mobilisieren die Verantwortlichen vor allem personelle Ressourcen und Strategien für den Transfer und die Konstruktion von akademischem und formativem Wissen. Im Laufe meiner zahlreichen Unterrichtsbeobachtungen und Feldforschungen wurde ich sehr oft Zeuge schwieriger Momente, die von Trainern, Lehrern und Lernenden in verschiedenen Disziplinen, Ebenen und Kontexten erlebt wurden. Deshalb schlage ich, dank meiner Erfahrung und meiner verschiedenen Forschungen und basierend auf realen, beobachteten und sehr häufigen Schwierigkeiten, Strategien und Praktiken vor, die durchdacht, verifiziert, erfolgreich und in jedem Raum und soziokulturellen Kontext durchführbar sind. Sie befassen sich mit dem Lehren/Lernen und der Ausbildung in wissenschaftlichen, sprachlichen und allgemeinkulturellen Disziplinen.
