Rising awareness on inclusion of disabled people brought a global movement towards accessible tourism with it (World tourism Organization [UNWTO], 2013). Especially, in the development of accessible tourism, stakeholder collaboration is described as essential (Duarte Alonso & Nyanjom, 2017). Therefore, the purpose of this study heads towards stakeholder collaboration in the accessible tourism development. Carrying out a qualitative research conducted in the area of Tyrol, an exploration on that is searched for. Findings derived from this study generally show up a conform understanding of accessible tourism within the four stakeholder groups formulated. Talking about digitalization however, uniformed appearance of accessible facilities is generally criticized by stakeholders. Implementing this lack of uniformization as fundament for the framework on stakeholder collaboration in the development of accessible tourism, interaction between stakeholders could be rather described as cooperation than collaboration (Nyanjom, Boxall, & Slaven, 2018).
