This book is all about life and what life can become in the martial arts world. This knowledge can be applied to almost any situation in life. This book should help one find ones own path. I started writing this book when I had no place to go. I had to take a journey inside myself, and this information poured out of mind through a pen that helped create the contents of this book. The contents saved my life in a time of great need, in the mist of stress, and through hard times and great depression. I hope this book finds at least one person to help bring greater understanding, peace, love, and happiness to help guide oneself in this great journey called life. This book isnt just a self-help book or a simple training guide; its more than that to me. When in doubt, write your ideas and problems down on a piece of paper and solve all your issues in time with practice and dedicationthis method was a great help and was a great source of information while I created this book. Once you enter the realm of an opponent, you must to be able to mold and use your opponent and your opponents actions to benefit yourself and your actions. Counters are very helpful when trying to turn an opponents actions and energy against them. When training for agility, speed, focus, and power, one must train to be able to maintain composure at all times with a calm, clear, and steady mind while in motion. Power must be controlled at all times to reduce the risk of injury to the self and others. When training, keep the eyes open and your mind prepared and stay focused on the goal and target(s) to better ensure success in motion.

Today, in a globally insecure world, corporate security should be a key driver of shareholder value. All too often security is not consistently linked to core strategic areas like risk management and strategic planning. A lack of measures and metrics to quantify its contribution has slowed down its chances to earn a rightful place at the top table.Where world-class companies have embraced an approach to security as a value adding function, significant business and organisation benefits have emerged. These include productivity gains, new revenue opportunities, and improved corporate reputation and resilience. It is time for more people to have the opportunity to discover how security can perform a transformational role, not simply a passive one. This book demonstrates what security's real capabilities are, and what needs to be done to realise them. The experiences presented have occurred in real organisations, globally, that are reaping the rewards of being at the vanguard of this new approach to security management.

This book is about crossing the very real line that separates the worlds of public and private security and risk management. It is a guide for key players who are thinking of switching sectors and roles and moving from one kind of organization and operating culture to another often significantly different one. It is principally aimed at people who are seeking to play a senior role, with significant responsibilities for corporate security or other forms of risk management and mitigation, in a new environment, and where strong leadership skills will be a major advantage to meeting personal and organization objectives. It is particularly relevant for those moving within senior levels of expertise, especially where enterprise-wide skills will be required, yet there are lessons for all potential movers and for those challenged with finding and keeping outstanding talent.
