This book is written for people who are thinking about going into resident managership. It is also for those many hard working, underpaid, and sometimes mistreated people who are already in the field. Steemy Holt never found many books on apartment house management. All that she could find was written for the investor or buyer. Most books include section on "treating" resident manager, but not much on "training for" the resident manager.
