Dies soll durch die Entwicklung und spätere Einführung eines strategischen Marketings zur aktiven Gestaltung des Absatzmarktes erfolgen, um auf den stärker werdenden Verdrängungswettbewerb und Druck zu günstigeren Bestattungen reagieren zu können. Durch Befragungen der Firmeninhaber und deren Mitarbeiter, sowie eines kooperierenden Bestattungsunternehmens in einer Nachbargemeinde, werden die Rahmenbedingungen, welche das unternehmerische Handeln des Bestatters bestimmen, aufgezeigt. Unter Berücksichtigung zukünftiger Entwicklungen werden Marketingziele erarbeitet und festgelegt, sowie auch Maßnahmen zu deren Durchsetzung entwickelt.
