This study aims to investigate and determine the impact of Green human resource management practices on Sustainable Corporate Performance the mediation role of Organization Citizenship Behavior for Environment in Manaseer Group - Jordan. The researcher in this study was used structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques; SPSS and AMOS were applied for analysis the study data. The sample of study was selected by using simple random technique. The study sample consists of employees from the sixteen companies of Manaseer Group at various industrial sectors. The researcher was collecting 318 questionnaires from original number distributed 650 questioners.
