I oktober 2012 udkom første bind af Thomas Manns samlede fortællinger, "Tidlige fortællinger 1893-1912" til fremragende anmeldelser. Thomas Manns fortællinger er formfuldendte, psykologisk skarpe og sprogligt gnistrende. Det vil glæde mange, at de nu alle bliver tilgængelige på dansk.
