Books in the Advances in Space Research series

This publication contains 16 papers mainly dealing with the concepts of introducing space science education at various academic levels.

The majority of this volume is devoted to the subject of high energy radiation from galactic and extragalactic black holes. In total, 27 are presented, the final two included in the appendix emanating from the previous COSPAR meeting in Washington.

This set of conference papers covers such topics as: the need for water to maintain life; the atmospheric water vapour in all layers of the troposphere; the measurement of cloud water contents and the partitionof its liquid and solid phases; and land and ocean nutrients.

This publication contains 36 papers presented at four symposia during the 31st COSPAR Scientific Assembly held in Birmingham, UK during 1996.
