After the quakes of 2011, the city was bought out by a multi-national company called Deep Blue and now Klein who is CEO and Mayor runs the city. Bri is caught up in an operation choreographed by her boss Uncle Peters - and like all things that are too good to be true, this innovative and experimental city is hiding secrets beneath its shiny surface.
