Books in the Select Proceedings of the European Society of International Law series

This book is based on the 2006 biennial conference of the European Society of International Law/Societe europeene de droit international in Paris.

This book contains the proceedings of the conference was "International Law 1989-2010: A Performance Appraisal", organised by ESIL and the University of Cambridge in 2010. The highlights, selected for publication in this volume, cover a wide spectrum of topics in international law.

This book features the most important papers presented at the ESIL Conference in Valencia, 2012. The papers have been re-written and edited to present a flourishing forum for the discussion of new ideas and scholarship on international law.
