Books in the Shapes series

This book provides easy-to-read information on these basic solid geometric shapes: cubes, cylinders, spheres, square pyramids and cones. The book includes activities such as finding the shapes in the environment, drawing the shapes and making clay models. With the accompanying learning guide, children are able to move step by step through the book and activities independently, building their own models using using paper patterns provided with the learning guide. The Flat shapes course should be done before this one.
