While Silver Moon and Leon get adjusted to married life and making magic with others, a lone tiny neko discovers vampires in the tiny neko compound and invaders threaten the City of Elsewhere. When Leon gets abducted, Silver Moon has to work with the nekos, Guardians, and the winged lions to get him back and save the city.

Now that the invaders seem to have disappeared, tourism is now the main occupation in Elsewhere. Tiny nekos are put on display and many people become unhappy and sick. Sebastien knows the soul of the city is dying. What can the elves and tiny nekos do to save the soul of Elsewhere before it's too late?

White Lion Unicorn meets a colony of tiny nekos and discovers he was from this community who is oppressed by their creator and his biological father Wilhelm. White Lion tries to get free, but Wilhelm won't let any of his creations go. So, White Lion requests help from the Guardians and works with his sister Claira Jaen and the other tiny nekos.

White Lion, Claira Jaen, and Silver Moon Unicorn learn about the cats of Elsewhere from Leon and the organization which takes care of the cats. As the tiny nekos are tested to see if they can join the Guardians, more questions arise about cats and tiny nekos.
