Can I change my order?

How can I remove a product from my order?

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, you can remove a single or more products from your order.

 

To remove a product from your order follow the next few steps:

 

1. Login to your user at www.tales.as

2. Click at “Login” in the right corner of your screen, and login yo your account.

3. Go to the category “My orders”.

4. Click “edit” at the order you wish to change.

5. Click “change” and “cancel product” at the product you wish to remove from the order.

Please notice: If you can’t see the sign “edit” it means that your order already has been shipped and therefore can’t remove or change your order. 


How can I add a product to my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot add a new product after you have placed and confirmed your order. 

If the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse you are welcome to send us a request to cancel your whole order, and you may place a new order, with the extra product.
