My book is damaged – what do I do?

Tales.dk makes always sure that the orders are quality assured before they are being shipped. Unfortunately, it accuses in every few occasions that the package gets damaged under the shipment or we haven’t been able to see the damage on the book before it was sent. 

 

If this should be the case we recommend you contact our customer service with a closer description of the damage. 

 

We will follow up with the publisher and warehouse and make sure that you will receive a new book as soon as possible. If you wish to get the full payment back instead of a new book you must write it in your mail, so we can send you a return label.
