The payment has been withdrawn but I still haven’t received my order?


When you place an order and pays, the payment for the order will first be withdrawn after the order has been shipped from our warehouse.


Until then the payment will only be reserved in your bank account, so it doesn’t get raised until the order has been shipped.


If an order gets canceled or is canceled by the customer, you will not be able to see the transaction on your bank account since our system will automatically delete the payment and the reservation.
