One member of my writer's group, the Tower Poets, devoted a year of her life to writing one sonnet a day. The sonnet seemed to be her favorite form, and from her prolific output in that form, she seemed to accomplish her objective. My favorite western form is the triolet. While much of my published poems are Japanese short form, there is something I also enjoy about the triolet. For one thing, a resourceful poet can use that form to repurpose a free verse poem that can't seem to get there. Perhaps the poet likes several lines from the poem and considers it to have potential, but they just can't seem to revise it to the point where it works for them and seems ready for querying. But all you need are two good lines to begin a triolet! A resourceful poet can salvage the strong lines from a weak poem and position them as line one and two of the triolet. This autobiography is heartily written for Austin's twin brother Jordan who passed away at the age of 27 to lung cancer as well as his brother in law Chad who also passed. It is also dedicated to Austin's grandparents Sharon and Leroy, his parents Cindi and Boe, his sister Allison, his twin brother Jordan, his other siblings Robin, Jason, and Jamie and his nephews, nieces, uncles, and aunts for their unconditional love and support. He is the Founder and CEO of Unlimited Tomorrow, a company that creates ultra-personalized advanced prosthetic devices at a fraction of the cost of traditional prosthetics. LaChappelle founded the company along with Tony Robbins in 2014. Everything started about ten years ago. Easton LaChappelle was 14 years old and he was interested in watching YouTube videos in his home in Colorado. They were on how to build robot arms from LEGOs. Play with bricks started new chapter in prosthetics. Today he has his own company which designs low-cost, 3D-printed prosthetic limbs that can be controlled by the user's mind.
