No one can fill your lamp but you. You can know God as much as you want to. Let these devotionals challenge you to grow in the Lord. Let them inspire you to quote the scripture more than anyone else! That is anxiety. Our mind tricks our self in believing it is the last second or we will just have to live life this way. That is Satan creeping up. We are expected to be the best and bars are set high by our self and others. And for what? Stress, dissatisfaction, and sleep deprivation? What happens when you get to your tipping point and everything crashes? Your world stops and everything changes in the blink of an eye. Follow Mandi on her journey with general anxiety disorder and panic attacks and how she is living in faith, diving deep into the Bible, and finding rest and peace in the Lord. Searching for blessings when anxiety shows itself and trying to overcome the fear and anxieties God tells us we need not to have. "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me" (Psalm 23:4). The title Gems is unique within itself. The poetry displays deep thoughts that causes one to think of the known as well as the unknown. I chose Gems for my title because I feel that every one of my poems is as a collection of fine stones. As one reads a poem, I want the experience to be as one who gazed upon a fine gem. As with Gems, the quality of some poems will be better than others. It is my sincere desire that my readers will experience the same pleasure and satisfaction as a gem collector would receive when he gazes upon a rare stone. I pray to God that you will read this book of Gems.

Journey of Seasons is a thirty-year journey walk through my life. God was with me through most of the seasons, then there were some it was just me alone.As you read, I want you to "live for today, for tomorrow is not a guarantee." While reading this book, you will experience the pain I felt through my divorce, anxiety of wanting to commit suicide, the beautiful love of losing my great-grandmother, and my dad's dying of cancer.Psalms 23:4 has always been my go-to verse. My hope is that in your prayer time, whatever you are dealing with, you set that aside and let God help you see the bigger picture. Remember always that he will never give you anything you can't handle. Let love share your pain and your pain show grace.May Journey of Seasons be the light and give you the comfort for whatever season you are walking through.

This book brings spirit-filled prayers to the readers. They have been known to deeply affect several people when sharing. Each prayer is carefully written utilizing the counsel of the Holy Spirit and within the confines of the Lord's Prayer. To be able to communicate with God, we need to ensure our prayers are structured in a way that Yeshua has taught us. In the Lord's Prayer, you will note that the beginning and ending of the prayer is that of glorification and thankfulness. The central portion is the area of requests. One of the problems we have when praying is that we are not always specific in what we are asking for. We need to learn to pinpoint those areas of need and stop being too general in nature. There are many things that we take for granted in our daily lives. Things like the interactions with others, the awakening each morning, and the blessings we receive are just some of these. The inspiration of each prayer in this book lies in those areas we tend to take for granted. If we spend time away from our concrete jungles and instead spend some time out in nature, we will find both physical and spiritual healing. Take the time to just observe and pray. Also included are what I call "Pondering Moments" or mini-sermons. As a chaplain, I do not spend a half-hour detailing thoughts into sermons. I give thoughts for us to think about during the week. I understand that some may not agree with them but think of them as another point of view.

The passion of this book is immense because it shows you how to release the sufferings of Jesus Christ and your own swiftly. At your willingness to take a quantum leap to release Him from the crown of thorns is the most rapid way to see through the fog of darkness and into the clarity of lightness where you will see the world from which you are from. This book speaks of the simplicity of quantum leap where you will be witness to His lovely smile upon you. The intensity of the simplicity and power of quantum leap is beyond anything you could ever imagine until you travel through it with Me. I hope you permit Me through this poetic truth to take you into spiritual vision and knowledge and we will go through the quantum leap process so tender you will not know you even traveled through it until you realize the spiritual sight given you. Here you will certainly see the open doors of bliss to love, joy, peace, freedom, union and safety. To be a witness to the release of Jesus' sufferings from the crown of thorns is to see Him gleam of joy that you have chosen to release Him, yourself and your brothers' from the thorns at every corner of the world. You will witness the risen Christ wearing the crown of white lilies with a lovely smile in beauty and sovereignty, which is the ultimate release into a holy wonder of reconciliation with Him. This is the process of quantum leap into Atonement where you instantly gain spiritual vision and knowledge of who you are, why things happen the way they do, where your real home is and you are never alone. And this is where insanity is restored to sanity and forgetfulness is reestablished to the remembrance of your Father in Heaven. Wouldn't you want to be released from the agonies of your insanity? When we board a modern twenty-first century aircraft, we are all confident of, hopefully, a smooth flight, and delivery, to our destination of choice.This was not the case of Malaysia Airlines Flight no. MH-370. It never landed at its destination, nor any other airport. This chronology of the facts of its final flight is written to help soothe the nerves of the international flying public.Because MH-370 vanished mysteriously, its story was written beginning as an unsolved mystery disappearance. Later, when arriving at the conclusion of a tale of a mysteriously missing aircraft, with 239 souls aboard, I realized I had composed a history of the facts and human stories, chronicled within the saga of The Mysterious Final Flight of MH-370. Therefore, the inclusion of the safety of today's human flight is annotated, but also the future of human air flight safety, by describing new safety measures designed to replace outdated twentieth century "black box" invention, with twenty-first century digitized data recording innovative technologies. Cost seems to be the inhibition of installing, then implementing, the now preexisting twenty-first century technologies on all aircraft worldwide, hopefully sooner rather than later. The good news is the United States Air Force has it already implemented and utilized daily today.One day, MH-370 may be located, certainly providing solace and closure for the 239 families missing their loved ones, who comprised the flight manifest of the 239 missing souls aboard MH-370. Writing this book brought back memories that used to make me cry. Being led of God to write it I cried not for pain of those memories. I wept over the Love God showed through it all. And I laughed at the foolishness of that dead little girl. This book is an answer to someone's cry. May this book increase hope and faith in God, open blind eyes, and set the captives free.

Randy Helm was raised on a ranch in Arizona. He went on to become a police officer, chaplain and pastor. In 2012 he was hired to develop and supervise the wild horse inmate program for Arizona State Prison. Randy developed a program to train convicted felons who had never touched a horse, to effectively gentle and train horses that had never been touched by a person.
