As with any recovery program from a condition, recovery from PTSD requires knowledge coupled with a burning desire to return to a productive and joyful life. To be effective, the knowledge has to be in an order that is appropriate to the condition. After years of research, study, and education, I offer this knowledge in the order in which I used it to return to a normal life. PTSD does not mean that you are crippled forever. In this book, I also point out the roadblocks that can interfere with the most diligent and passionate journey from the throes of depression of PTSD to that life that we all seek. Besides the education and my own recovery, I take my information from the over one thousand veterans that I have interviewed over the past seven years. Pharmaceutically produced drugs only serve to mask the side effects of this most horrific condition which can drain your life away. At the end of the day, the decision to recover is yours and only yours. If you make the decision, there will be people like myself to support you. Let's get on it.
Reading the word of God and not allowing it to take root to produce good fruit can deem to be futile. Gwendolyn Howze found that God's word is the road map to redemption and it is also what one needs for spiritual, mental, and physical guidance. Biblical principles are expressed along with her personal life experience to show what God can do for the lost and how God can save, heal, and set free those who allowed oppressive circumstances to inhabit their life. Along with biblical characters from the Bible, she shows how God can use each one when they allow God to fill them with his spirit to accomplish God's plan for redemption.
The gospel does not change. Your Heart Matters communicates to children their need of a Savior. Through some of the commandments, children can see by illustrations that they have sinned against a Holy God and their hearts are not clean. Children need to know that God loves them, but they also need to know that because of sin, there are consequences. These consequences can only be erased through Christ's cleansing blood on the cross.
Have you ever wondered about the meaning of life? Do you believe you have a destiny to fulfill, but you aren't quite sure how to achieve it? Well, what are you waiting for? With author Kris Copeland's comprehensive guidebook to life, you'll never have to wonder again! Kris Copeland explains what life is really about by exploring Biblical truth that God has given us, then relating it through the fabric that this nation was built on. Working from that foundation; he then interestingly offers a modernized goal plan that's relevant to today's living. He truly offers a roots-to-leaves view of Living Life to its Fullest. Kris Copeland's writing background comes from creating notes based on Biblical truth for his own use to articulate Biblical views at church services, retreats, seminars and particularly Bible discussion groups. He says God prompted him and enabled him to write this book, his first literary work, as if training him along new paths in transition to a new season in his life. His professional career is in the construction management industry after obtaining an engineering degree. Kris and his lovely wife, Gail, have been married for thirty-nine years having three daughters, Becky, Kathryn and Kelly, two sons-in-law, Jason and Derek, and two grandchildren, Luke and Lorelai. Author, Kris Copeland, was recently featured on the Christian Faith Publishing's Author Roundtable radio and podcast show. If you search the scriptures, you will find in the book of Joshua 24:15, New King James Version, a message that reads, "e;If it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve."e; Joshua had gathered all the tribes of Israel and reminded them that their forefathers had served other gods and they needed to make a decision about the gods they would serve. Joshua loved his Jewish brothers and sisters and wanted them to realize that they had been given a choice: worship the true living God or worship one of the many false gods of their day. In today's culture, that same choice is before us all. We live in a society where political correctness is out of control. The line that separates right from wrong is beginning to disappear altogether. It seems to me that speaking common-sense truth these days is nearly impossible because many people are so easily offended. Just as Joshua loved his fellow human being enough to tell the truth in his day, that same love flows through me along with a great desire to speak truth in love to all mankind. We all have been given a choice by God to follow him, deny him, or chase after other gods. This book has been designed to inform you of all the choices there are in our world when it comes to religion, worship, doctrine, or even dismissing the idea of a God altogether. But remember this, the death rate for humans is 100 percent. Because of that terrifying reality, I pray the urgency to make your decision on this very important subject becomes your new priority. I believe the plain and simple truth in a dazed and confused world will give you the material you need to make your well-informed decision and settle this for good. Because if you're not living for truth, you're not living.
In this book, you will uncover a simple description of God's true story for humanity from Genesis to Revelation. Love Comes Down will shed light and clarity on anyone's understanding of God, eternity, and heaven. Please enjoy sharing these truths with anyone God sends your way, young or old.
Page | 2I have been the recipient of a treasure chest of family heirlooms. There are old pictures, poems, genealogies, and stories. Because past generations were so faithful to preserve their family history, I felt compelled to preserve their "e;footprints."e; My favorite heirloom is a metal crest that dates back to the 1200s. The stamp reveals a bird with writing in the Welsh language which, when translated, reads, "e;Faith in God makes all things right."e; I have several unique things that the book contains, such as a contract with the Indians for land and a Civil War diary written by my great-grandfather. There are newspapers dated March of 1863 offering a bounty of $20,000 for the head of Lincoln. Poems were written by my grandmother depicting the emotional trauma she went through during World War II that came from my treasure chest. The stories of my uncles who were in that war one in the South Pacific and the other in Germany. There are stories of the French Huguenots, pioneers, Pilgrims, and Scotch Reformers that were imprisoned for their faith as well as stories of the devastation of the bubonic plague, both in England and in Germany. It also includes a piolet that transported the Apollo 13 astronauts. My linage contains, missionaries, preachers, and a preacher's wife. Because former generations were faithful to preserve their history, I felt compelled to include their stories in the book, making their footprints indelible.

Sight words are those words that are most frequently used in the English language. Children learn those words, so they will know them instantaneously. These words are essential for building fluency. There are other words that should also be considered sight words. These words can put you in a position to be successful in life. But just knowing them is not enough-you have to own them and never let them out of your sight. In Sight Words, Marv Loucks lists one hundred key words that have, in large part, changed his life. Certain words have special importance. The words in this book can be life-changing for you, if you own them and live by them. Know them. Own them. Never let them out of your sight.
Pauline says that the purpose of her books is to inspire others to have the faith of a little child and to lead others to have their own relationship with God, no matter what religion or background they come from. In her books, she shares her childhood memories of her relationship with God and some challenges she had to face. Included in her books are family photos and an inspired poem after each chapter. Quoting a passage from the Bible: "e;And a little child shall lead them"e; (Isaiah 11:6-7), Pauline truly fulfills this need she has by leading as a Little Child.
Childhood is filled with many new and interesting ideas and concepts and lots of fun, exciting things to learn and do. Children often have many innocent questions and are learning daily about the world around them. In this story, Are There Dirt Bikes in Heaven? a child is interested in learning more about heaven. He is pondering over it and has a lot of questions. The child is exploring the world around him and is continuing to ask his mother his list of questions. He is wondering what he will get to do in heaven. This story represents the innocence of childhood and the importance of parenthood. Are There Dirt Bikes in Heaven? demonstrates the seemingly effortless conversation between mother and child, and the powerful impact of those daily moments. The author's inspiration for this story was remembering some of the conversations that she had with her own children Colby, Colton, and Cassie when they were young. Some of the most powerful, teachable moments occurred during the simple questions and answers during regular daily life. The author wishes to encourage and inspire parents to take the time to lead and guide their children towards God each day.
Sonflower Submission Ever complain a lot about certain things? Ever find yourself seeing the negative side of things before seeing the positive side? Ever been right about something but learned that being right wasn't necessarily right? Then this is the book for you or that person who came to mind as you read these questions! You see, pride has a way of taking all of us into these arenas: complaining, negativity, exerting our need to be right. However, this is not the place where the Lord would have us be, or leave us if we stumble there. There is a place across the street from pride, a place called submission. It is a powerful location and one that is not as natural to us as we might like to think. Proverbs 16:18-19 speaks of how pride goes before a fall, but it is better to be lowly in spirit. Was Jesus demonstrating power when He said not a mumbling word before accusers who were about to crucify Him? Absolutely! The strength of His lowly submitted heart conquered even death itself. So what about our day-to-day routines? Can submission help us forge through life with less stress, less contention? I think it can. This allegory was written after following the bowed heads of a crop of sunflowers. No matter what occurred in nature, they simply bowed to life's circumstances. There is something so regal about their stature, yet they portray humbleness and gentle strength. This story explores what happens when Sonflower unfolds His spirit of submission to character Priden's heart. Is it possible that such a fiercely proud soul is ready for the Kingdom harvest?Enter submission. Exit pride?Really?

Where was Christ between the ages of thirteen and thirty? This book will document the truth, along with, where is The Ark of The Covenant? Where is The Holy Grail? The list goes on. In Mark 13, Christ says, I have foretold you all things. You just have to know where to look. I was led to the answers, and I want to lead you to that information gold mine, under His wing of truth. At the tender age of eight the visions began, first from Heaven then from Hell. My life was predestined for you to know the truth of what I lived through, and what Our Lord wanted to make clear to you. I was led by Our Lord, to a Scholar of The Original Manuscripts from the Library in England, where the King line made it possible for us to receive The Scriptures in English, through King James in 1611. But it was very hard for the translators to bring it to our true understanding, they even wrote a letter to the King telling him, and the readers, to go back to the Original Manuscripts to understand it fully. The Scholar taught chapter by chapter, and verse by verse with explanation, and proving what he taught every step of the way. He brought me understanding and clarity, that's when all my visions made sense to me. So much so, I felt compelled to tell you how my visions fit perfectly with The Scriptures for the end times. The Tapestry of my life is a message for everyone from Our Lord. Do you have a Destiny? Don't discard it. Magnify The Lord with it, in the upcoming battle for our very souls. This book also contains a description of Jesus Christ, written by Pontius Pilate, to Julius Caesar, just after Christ's crucifixion. Psalm 41:1-2 Blessed is he (or she) that considers the poor; The Lord will deliver him in times of trouble. The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive and he shall be blessed upon the earth; and Thou (Our Lord) will not deliver him into the will of his enemies. Thank You Lord.
Deniece London faced many difficult challenges as a child, growing up without a father present and being raised by her single mother, who was sent to prison. She encountered depression, getting involved with drugs and entering bad relationships, which only made things worse. But Deniece kept a journal of all the obstacles she faced, hoping her life would change. Deniece rededicated her life to Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, followed His leading, and became a high school teacher at a low-income area school to assist the youth on how to overcome challenges like she did. She understands that we "e;overcome him by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony"e; (Revelation 12:11). While traveling around the world, Deniece wrote A Child Prepared to Teach, which is a compilation of stories from her transparent, real, and raw perspective in hopes to transform people's lives through the love, redemption, and hope of Jesus Christ. In a world of so much cover-up and denial of experience this book is so refreshing. If you have a story and if you have gone through challenging days, you will find this book inspirational and confirming. Deniece London has excelled through many obstacles in her life. Most of us hide our stories and protect our pains. But here in this intriguing book, Deniece spares no pain to bring the reader into her life. Through significant family drama, moving from one state to another to find stability, Deniece perseveres. Perhaps that is the theme of this book-perseverance. No matter how many times you get knocked down and pushed back, stand up tall. There is always another move to make. Read and rejoice with me as you read this epic tale of perseverance. Bishop Alexis A. Thomas
Victor Behring Bittner grew up in the Lutheran ChurchHe was ordained and installed as a Lutheran pastor and served three congregations of the Lutheran Church from 1959 to 1973. He was in charismatic ministry from 1973 to 1980 when he began attending an Assembly of God Church and began research on the subject of this book. His research was more directed by the leading and guiding of God's Holy Spirit into the Triune God's activity in the prophecies and events relating to the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus from the dead, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the church, and the baptism related to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
