The executive leadership of both Lincoln University and the Southwestern Athletic Conference have chosen to further his legacy. Founders Hall on the Lincoln University campus was renamed Dr. James Frank Hall on April 21, 2023. The Southwestern Athletic Conference national headquarters building in Birmingham, Alabama, has been named in his honor. The official naming ceremony has been scheduled to take place on October 26, 2023. His name on these important and historical edifices cements his legacy and his significant impact on these two great entities.
