Don't worry that you may have lost the race to build the world's highest building to the Burj al Arab in Dubai, the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, or the World Financial Center in Shanghai if you place all the books written about leadership on top of each other, you can claim this title. You would be fairly confused reading this enormous collection. At times you will see the 5, 10, 27, 83 or 100 features of the perfect leader, and at other times you will be asked to ponder whether leadership is learned or made. You will read passages by the same author, which say the charismatic leader is both demonized and idealized, or that the perfect leader is either a listener or an orator. Don't be surprised by these contrasts, it is actually quite normal that there is such a quantity and such a wide variety of opinions about leadership, which is an immeasurable value.
