Dental caries is the most common chronic dental disease in the world. It is defined as a multifactorial microbial infectious disease characterized by demineralization of the inorganic and destruction of the organic substance of the tooth. Conventional treatments for caries removal are often associated with pain and fear as they are based on Mechanically driven rotary devices. In these devices tactile sensation decreases with increasing speed and overcutting of tooth structure during cavity preparation is a major disadvantage. To overcome these disadvantages a non-rotary technique is used for caries removal which is known as Minimal Invasive Dentistry (MID). Minimally invasive treatment offers an attractive alternative to managing carious lesions more conservatively and effectively, resulting in enhanced preservation of tooth structure and it includes the use of air abrasion, lasers, ultrasonic devices, polymer burs, Atraumatic restorative technique, chemo-mechanical caries removal. Hence this book aims to elaborate and analyze the scientific literature regarding the alternative therapeutic approach to caries lesion management.

Cleft lip and palate are congenital abnormalities that affect the upper lip and the hard and soft palate of the mouth. The severity of the abnormalities may range from a small notch in the lip to a complete fissure groove) extending into the roof of the mouth and nose. NAM is a multi-disciplinary treatment approach that combines the expertise of various healthcare professionals, including pediatric dentists, orthodontists, prosthodontists, plastic surgeons, and speech therapists. The treatment typically begins within the first few weeks of life and continues until the time of surgical intervention, usually around three to six months of age. During this period, the infant wears a custom-made nasal stent or molding plate, which is adjusted periodically to gradually reshape the cleft segments and improve nasal symmetry. A non-surgical procedure called nasoalveolar molding (NAM) involves molding the infant's gums, lips, and nostrils using a custom-made appliance to reduce the lip gap and realign the nasal cartilage. NAM enhances the appearance of the restored lip and nose, reduces the need for extensive surgical operations, and improves long-term speech and dental outcomes.

The authors first established the system models of the human body, including the 10 main systems of the human body as proton donators and electron acceptors, the membrane redoxy potential, three state-dependent, nine-step full closed cycle of proton conductance, and four types of cells distinguished by differences in proton conductance (normal flow with normal synthesis of ATP as charged battery, short-time stopped, completely stopped-ATP synthesis stopped as dead battery, back flow of protons with prevailing glycolysis, leading to cancer). The discovery of the closed 9-step cycle by us has biological and medical significance, as did the DNA molecular structure revealed by Watson and Krick, because the 9-stage cycle of proton conductance resembled a big electric station, which provided all 87 trillion cells, including brain cells and myocardial cells, with ATP, NADPH, and ATP-based genetic materials such as DNA, RNA, heat energy, CO2, oxygen, free protons, and electrons.

During the last 65 years, a number of changes have taken place in Gujarat and India through implementation of various develop¬ment programmes. In spite of this, we are yet to modernize the rural peasants and their economy up to the desired level. In Gujarat, there are certain districts, where progress in peasantry modernization is very low in general and tribal districts in particular. Integrated Tribal Development Project (ITDP) was implemented in 1976 throughout the state in tribal pockets for welfare of the tribal peasants even though majority of the peasants in this area not yet able to reach expected level of socio-techno-economic change and agricultural modernization. To assess this situation present study on "An impact analysis of peasantry modernization in agriculture under Integrated Tribal Development Project of Sabarkantha district".

It is obvious that Cameroonian languages are underused in many public domains, because few people are able to write and express themselves easily in those languages. This is a problem which needs to be addressed, it is therefore time to make a change and translation thus plays a key role in achieving this goal of enabling more people to speak and write in their mother tongues. The medical domain in Cameroonian as far as mother tongues are concerned are really left out, this is the reason why the translation of medical terms into Yemba are the core of our research. Due to technological and scientific advances, including the upserge of globalization, local languages need to be tackled because our local languages oath to evolve with time in terms of creation of new terms to attain the present technological and scientific advances, but also to encourage their codification so they can finally be certified by international organizations and serve in the promotion of the culture and history of Cameroon. That is why we deem it necessary to focus our contribution to the medical domain and Yemba language, the present thesis proposes a translation of medical terms from English into Yemba.

Drug interactions can have a significant clinical impact on patients and can be extremely dangerous or even harmful. A common antiarrhythmic medication for treating cardiac arrhythmia is amiodarone. Amiodarone has a potent inhibitory effect on the CYP2C9 and CYP3A4 isoenzymes. Similar to this, the isoenzymes CYP2C9 and CYP3A4 metabolise anti-diabetic medications such rosiglitazone, pioglitazone, repaglinide, and nateglinide. CYP3A4breaks down sitagliptin and teneligliptin. Glibenclamide and glimepiride are bothmetabolised by CYP2C9 and CYP3A4, respectively. A pharmacological interaction between amiodarone and antidiabetic drugs is therefore entirely possible. Therefore, the goal of the current investigation is to comprehend any potential interactions between amiodarone and antidiabetic drugs. Study carried out at DCS's ARA college of Pharmacy, Dhule Maharashtra for fulfillment of Doctor of Philosophy of Lincoln University College Malaysia.
