The advancing sea resulting from sea level rise, combined with the effects of climate change and hydrodynamic agents, is affecting the coastal morphology of the Dakar region. As a result, a reduction of coastal areas is observed in some coastal zones, causing human displacement inland and disrupting economic activities such as fishing and tourism. Coastal erosion makes the coasts of the Dakar region physically and socio-economically vulnerable. This study analyses the dynamics of the coastline from 1990 to 2040 using Geographic Information System and Remote Sensing techniques and shows that the region records average retreats of about -0.44 m/year, 0.21 m/year and -0.11 m/year respectively on the northern, western and southern coasts. These dynamic rates are expected to be about -4.4 m/year (for the north coast), 2.1 m/year (for the west coast) and -1.1 m/year by 2030 (south coast). By 2040, they are estimated to be around - 8.8 m/year (north coast), 4.2 m/year (west coast) and -2.2 m/year (south coast). These predicted dynamic rates will result in a loss of coastal areas, estimated at 861273 m2 in 2030 and 1256493 m2 in 2040.

Sign language is the medium of communication for the hearing impaired people. It uses gestures instead of sound to convey meaning. It combines hand-shapes, orientation and movement of the hands for conveying messages. It is not universal and just like spoken language, it has regional dialects. American Sign Language (ASL), British Sign Language(BSL), Indian Sign Language (ISL) etc. are some of the common sign languages in the world. In India, over 2 million people are deaf. They find it difficult to communicate with the normal people as the hearing or normal people are unfamiliar of sign language. There arises the need for sign language interpreters who can translate sign language to spoken language and vice versa. But, the availability of such interpreters is limited and expensive. This resulted in the development of Indian sign language recognition systems which could automatically translate the signs into corresponding text without the help of sign language interpreters. Such system scan help in the development of deaf community through human computer interaction.

The monograph is devoted to the important and topical topic of theoretical and legal research aimed at analyzing the system of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine, as well as the prospects for their modernization, considering the contemporary conditions of the transformation of legal understanding. The activity of the state in the field of economic security is substantiated through the functioning of state bodies whose competence includes the authority to carry out activities to ensure economic security. In particular, this concerns law enforcement agencies, determined by their powers and competence. However, the examination of this system, detached from the overall purpose of the state's functioning embodied in its economic sovereignty, is inappropriate. This is because the investigation of economic sovereignty itself, as the main goal of the state's activity in the economic sphere, and ensuring economic security as a result of the functioning of economic sovereignty, allows us to understand not only the essence and structure of state bodies in this sphere but also to identify the peculiarities of their activities.
