The lack of transfer of technology from research system to the client system is the main problem in increasing agricultural production in the developing world. Still there is a wide gap between attained technical know-how and its utilization in the field of common farmers. The present rate of agricultural production can be doubled if the available groundnut production technologies are brought to bear with production process and programme. This require the steady flow of information from the scientist to the millions of farmers. Moreover, inputs are needed to be used scientifically. This is possible through the demonstration as it is an important and appropriate extension method which make it possible to disseminate technology to the user farmers. Keeping this fact in view with the government of India launched frontline demonstration programme for oilseed crop under auspicious of oilseed mission. It has played significant role in increasing the knowledge and adoption of recommended groundnut production technologies by the groundnut growers. Considering this, the present investigation is entitled as the book is suggesting in the title.
The book delves into an extensive research study carried out at the Wheat Research Station, Junagadh Agricultural University, during Rabi 2018-19, focusing on the genetic dynamics of bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). The experiment, employing a randomized block design with two replications, thoroughly explores genetic variability, correlation coefficients, path coefficient analysis, selection indices, and genetic divergence, centering on key agronomic traits. Notable findings include significant genetic variations among wheat genotypes, with traits like grain weight per main spike, biological yield, and 1000-grain weight displaying substantial levels of both genotypic and phenotypic coefficient of variation. The study identifies promising genotypes, such as JAU-2018-17, JAU-2018-18, and JAU-2018-19, for superior grain yield and yield-contributing characteristics. Correlation and path coefficient analyses underscore the pivotal role of biological yield and 1000-grain weight in directly influencing grain yield. Green Chemistry or environmentally benign chemistry is the design of chemical products and processes that reduce or eliminate the use and generation of hazardous substances. Hydrazone, a derivative of aldehyde and ketones plays a key role in medicinal chemistry and is reported for various biological activities such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anticancer, antifungal, and antioxidant. There are various synthesis methods for hydrazone derivatives like stirring, reflux, and microwave irradiation. This study reported the microwave-assisted synthesis of hydrazone derivatives of isoindole with good yields in a few minutes. The prepared derivatives of isoindole were characterized by spectral techniques and also showed excellent antimicrobial activity against selected bacteria and fungi.

This book ¿A study on Health and Nutritional Status of Lodha tribal women in Mayurbhanj district of Odishä¿ examined the nutritional status of three hundred Lodha tribal women in four blocks of the Mayurbhanj district of Odisha. Lodha is a minor tribe of the Mayurbhanj district and there is a lack of research work on the socio-economic status, health, and nutritional status, and morbidity status of Lodha tribal women. All the selected respondents belonged to 18-45 years of age group as well as non-pregnant and non-lactating Lodha tribal women. The questionnaire cum interview method was devised to elicit information directly from the respondents. The collected data were interpreted and analyzed through statistical software such as SPSS 21.0, Excel 20.0, and MSTAT-C. All the respondents belonged to the Hindu religion and particularly vulnerable tribal groups. Most of the Lodha women lived in their home (89.3%) in a nuclear family (80.7%). The study indicates that 86% of the Lodha tribal women were coming under the lower class (V) whereas 13% belonged to upper lower class (IV) but only 1% was from lower middle class (II).

Tooth loss can be effectively and consistently treated with dental implants. The prognosis of a dental implant depends on a plethora of factors. Long-term dental implant failures are still documented, despite the excellent survival rates. These events result in implant removals and further financial and health consequences. While extrinsic variables that increase implant success rates have been well studied, little is known about how hereditary factors affect this issue. This book gives an insight into the genetic factors that might contribute to implant failure and facts to keep in mind while rehabilitating an edentulous patient with dental implants.
Sugarcane is a long duration crop for cultivation. In response to the challenges posed by a growing global population and escalating food demand, various strategies have been globally implemented to enhance land use efficiency. One particularly promising method is intercropping, which not only amplifies crop productivity but also aligns with environmentally friendly practices. Intercropping entails cultivating two or more crops simultaneously on the same land, optimizing the use of natural resources. This approach synergizes the effects of different crops, contributing to the establishment of sustainable crop production systems worldwide. During the initial growth stages of sugarcane, its slow rate allows for the cultivation of additional crops in the exposed areas beneath the leaf canopy. An effective strategy proposed to bolster sugarcane farming in Bangladesh involves transplanting sugarcane at a 100 cm distance in single rows with two rows of chillis plants, is suggested as a profitable intercropping technique. This method not only optimizes land utilization but also demonstrates potential for fostering sustainable and efficient crop production practices on a global scale.

The clinical success and longevity of endosteal dental implants are controlled, in a large part, by the mechanical milieu within which they function. The occlusion is a critical component of such a mechanical environment. Occlusion is not defined solely as the nature of occlusal contact between opposing teeth but more broadly refers to the dynamic relation between the teeth, the neuromuscular system, the TMJ and their interactive relationship on the craniofacial environment. ¿Implant protected occlusion¿ refer to an occlusal scheme that is often uniquely specific to the restoration of endosteal implant prosthesis.There are various considerations for following the implant protected occlusion (IPO) scheme that should be judiciously implemented before restoration which are as follows: elimination of premature occlusal contacts, mutually protected articulation, controlling the occlusal table width, provision of adequate surface area to sustain load transmitted to the prosthesis, implant body orientation, influence of load direction, timing of loading, parafunctional activity, occlusal material, implant crown contour , design of the prosthesis should favour the weakest arch.

In fact, Drone Industry Insights (a commercial drone market consultancy in Germany) has identified "237 ways that drones revolutionize business" and released a 151-page report consisting of 237 applications and 37 real-life case studies throughout 15 industries including agriculture, energy, construction, and mining. A micro air vehicle (MAV), or micro aerial vehicle, is a class of man-portable miniature UAVs whose size enables them to be used in low altitude, close-in support operations. Modern MAVs can be as small as 5 centimeters. Development is driven by commercial, research, government, and military purposes; with insect-sized aircraft reportedly expected in the future. The small craft allows remote observation of hazardous environments inaccessible to ground vehicles. MAVs have been built for hobby purpose such as aerial robotics contests and aerial photography.
Due to being located in a dry and semi-arid climate, Iran is facing the risk of water crisis in the coming years. Therefore, in order to deal with it, it is necessary to be more sensitive to the types of water consumption. Among these uses is virtual water. The water used in the production process of goods is called virtual water, a part of which is kept in the product. Virtual water trade occurs when goods are imported into global markets. Virtual water trading is expected to reduce water consumption at the national and international levels due to more efficient and specialized use of water. Today, the concept of virtual water is one of the most important issues in water resource management. In this study, the compatibility status of the concept of virtual water in Iran has been investigated. Water is one of the most important components needed for the continuation of life. Excessive consumption of this element has caused irreparable damage to water resources and the agricultural industry has taken the largest volume of water consumption.
This study is part of a research project carried out under the R&D program regulated by the Brazilian National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), which developed two smart greenhouses for the protected cultivation of banana and orchid seedlings. The greenhouses feature control and automation systems, bioclimatic architecture and strategies and power systems (artificial lighting system, artificial heating system, evaporative cooling system and photovoltaic system). A sensor network monitors internal environmental variables, and an automatic weather station monitors external environmental variables. A computer system based on artificial intelligence is responsible for the autonomous control of the greenhouses. This article presented the development, application and analysis of power systems applied to smart greenhouses. The power systems were defined using computer modeling and simulation tools. The proposed systems were installed in two prototype smart greenhouses located in Alpestre/RS and Santa Rosa do Sul/SC, southern Brazil.

In the second volume of the book series, I don¿t mean to dig again too much into the crimes behind the institutional derogations in public health, nor into the mass psychology impacts that deny us of the truths, but some pragmatic solutions for me to offer with the clinical trial interventions.

In the education sector, ICT is considered as a potential tool to deliver a high quality of education and to prepare students for the information era. However, integrating ICT into education is a complex process which should be interpreted practically to get significant outcomes. As a developing country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the KSA) does not have a proper technological infrastructure unlike developed countries. Therefore, efficient strategies are required to improve effectively the usage of ICT in the KSA primary schools. Improving the usage of ICT in the KSA primary schools may be achieved by integrating ICT into the classroom. Some barriers which prevent a successful ICT implementation in the primary school have been identified. These barriers are classified as teacher factor, school/institution factor and extrinsic factor.
