Lack of employee compliance with information security policies is a key factor driving security incidents. Information security practitioners struggle to enforce policy compliance while employees try to curtail safeguards in favor of expediency and other perceived business goals. Several studies have shown individual and organizational factors influencing this type of employee behavior. However, few have recommended management-level interventions that can be used as a solution framework by information security practitioners. This research utilized the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology to develop a management-level intervention based on a messaging strategy that aims to help information security practitioners improve the information security culture of their organization through employees¿ intrinsic motivation, thus increasing compliance with information security policies. DSR calls for the design of an artifact to solve a problem of practice. In this research, the artifact is the management-level intervention mentioned above.

We live in a world where oil, gas and coal reserves are running out. This statement may be sad, but it is good news because the high consumption of these fuels has accelerated the process of global warming. Unfortunately, since about 80-90% of the energy needed in the whole world is provided by fossil fuels, it is not possible to reduce their consumption overnight. But there is a question: what can be done now that renewable energies such as solar or wind energy cannot play the main role in the field of energy supply? One solution is to shift some of our power plants to different systems called Combined Heat and Power (CHP). The simultaneous production of electricity and heat provides the possibility of better efficiency than fossil fuels for providing energy with about 15-40% energy storage. These power plants perform well both in terms of cost reduction and environmental impact reduction.

Anti-infective periodontal therapy includes both mechanical and chemotherapeutic approaches to minimize or eliminate microbial biofilm (bacterial plaque), a known primary etiologic factor of gingivitis and periodontitis. Since most patients are not skilled in adequate plaque removal, many clinicians currently include one or more adjunctive chemotherapeutic agents in their nonsurgical anti-infective regimen. Adjunctive antimicrobials can be used either systemically or locally. During the past two decades, dentists and microbiologists have embraced periodontal antibiotic therapy as a powerful adjunct to conventional mechanical debridement for therapeutic management of periodontal diseases. This book reviews the indications and protocols for optimizing the use of anti-infective agents during the treatment of periodontal diseases.

The Study aims towards the examination endeavours achieved in the case of an ejector geometry framework. An ejector is a device used to increase the delivery rate of a fluid. They are used in the refrigeration cycle and the rocket engines as well. It is difficult to understand the flow characteristics of the fluids and the thermodynamic properties of the streams. They can be understood using some computational techniques and tests. The mathematical models for the flow of the fluids inside the ejector are least observed since it is difficult to investigate a fast-moving stream of the fluids inside the ejector. Ejectors have many applications, where heat transfer takes place at a higher rate and also helps create the vacuum. Also, the construction and working, applications, and new advances related to the ejectors. Furthermore, it is observed that there is a special need to investigate various aspects of the ejector. The turn of events history and ongoing advancement in solar ejector refrigeration frameworks are accounted for and arranged.

The proliferation of Chinese products around the world is a phenomenon that merits academic inquiry as to consumer receptivity in respective nations. The purpose of this study was to assess such receptivity in the Kingdom of Thailand where substantive research on this subject has been lacking. Specifically, the perception factors of country-of-origin, consumer nationalism, price sensitivity, product quality, and product type purchased as per demographic variables were examined. The inquiry also looked at differentials between Chinese Thais and non-Chinese Thais regarding purchase of goods made or assembled in China. Hypotheses were tested for consistency in this study¿s presentation due to the variability of statistical significance found in the literature review regarding the factors under examination. The study found there were statistically significant differences between Thai purchasers and non-purchasers of Chinese products regarding the factors of consumer nationalism, price sensitivity, and perception of quality. It also found mixed results regarding Chinese product types purchased by demographic groups as well as mixed differentials between Chinese and non-Chinese Thais.
