This is a collection of brief but wonderful small stories that I have collected over a lifetime ¿ almost all, as far as I can tell ¿ true! Many are from my own experience. At this point, I have no idea where some of the others came from, so it's hard to give credit. There are lots of stories here that I gathered during my travels (44 countries so far, including the stunningly beautiful country of Cameroon, where I lived for 14 years, and Botswana, where I lived surrounded by elephants and baboons for six months.) Enjoy them. Laugh out loud. Share them with your favorite people. And go right ahead, celebrate this crazy world we live in.
