    Human fingerprints are rich in details called minutiae, which can be used as identification marks for fingerprint verification. The goal of this paper is to develop a complete system for fingerprint verification through extracting and matching minutiae. To achieve good minutiae extraction in fingerprints with varying quality, preprocessing in form of image enhancement and binarization is first applied on fingerprints before they are evaluated. Many methods have been combined to build a minutia extractor and a minutia matcher. Minutia, extract all the details after optimization with the fingers of someone else's imprint. In this book, program is coded by MATLAB. For the program, some optimization at coding level and algorithm level are proposed to improve the performance of my fingerprint recognition system. These performance enhancements are shown by experiments conducted upon a variety of fingerprint images.

    Fusible alloys are one of materials category which has attracted the attention of scientists and technologists around the world. Fusible alloys are usually eutectic mixtures of bismuth, lead, tin and cadmium. Fusible alloys melt at low temperature below 150 °C. The term fusible is used, when the alloy melts at low temperature, about the boiling water. In the past they known as Lipowitz's, Wood's, D'Arcet and Rose alloys and now they are known as Arconim's alloys. Wood's metal is the famous fusible alloy which contains 50% bismuth, 25% lead, 12.5% tin and 12.5% cadmium and melts at 70 °C. Fusible alloys are used in some fairly common items such as fire sprinkler systems in office buildings. Now other alloys having slightly different compositions in order to improve their peculiarities replaced them, because the field of applications of the mentioned alloys is extremely various. Fusible alloys are normally used in gravity casting but also lend themselves well to pressure casting and centrifugal casting methods. Bismuth alloys was primarily as laboratory interests before 1930. Bismuth alloys have very low melting temperature, low physical strength and used as solders for safe.

    Mineral and organic amendments are applied to the newly reclaimed soils in Egypt, especially sandy and calcareous sandy soils. T hese soils are very poor in organic matter and nutrients that are necessary for plants. So, the addition of organic amendments to these soil s does not only improve the physical and chemical properties, but also applying t hese organic materials has a positive impact on the forms of potassium, especially in calcareous sandy soils . This study aims to evaluate the application effects of a mineral fertilizer (K2SO4 ) and certain organic amendments (filter mud cake, sheep manure and poultry manure) on the Q/I relation of soil K and its parameters as well as forms of potassium of clay and calcareous sandy s oils. The effects of these amendments on some chemical properties of these soils and K uptake by some crops are also examined.

    Despite its attractiveness, human rights are ambiguous and difficult term to define. The history of political theory is swollen with numerous speculations about what, specifically, are these rights and what they include. Is there any such thing called human rights? One might asks, do we really need to defend (and promote) human rights? I would argue that we need to promote and defend human rights for numerous important reasons the following are just some of them: (1). They are moral imperative. It is essential to realize that a man should not rest while his fellow men are still in slavery or do not have all of their necessary rights, (2).Political Requirement: They are political requirement for establishing a free, prosperous and civilized society. People cannot express their feelings and fulfill their demands without their rights being protected, and (3) They are the right thing to do. To put it simply, one could say that people must have their rights, not because they are human rights but because it is the right thing to do. If we do not do these then everything else is wrong.

    Most orbital satellites today rely on solar panels to generate the necessary power for their normal operation. A spacecraft electrical power system (SEPS) generates stores, regulates, control, and distributes required electric power to whole spacecraft loads during the space mission life time. The (SEPS) consists of three main subsystems: primary power supply subsystem (PPSS), secondary power supply subsystem (SPSS), and control - regulation -distribution subsystem (CRDS). This search is focused on the designing of the PPSS. In this work the designed system is based on the conversion of PV energy into electric power via the (PV effect) using the solar cells. The main goal of the design procedure of the spacecraft (PPSS) is the verification of the optimal solution of generating the electric power required for the spacecraft loads, during the daylight of the orbit, and also able to charge the battery (SPSS) with the required power for the spacecraft loads, during the eclipse period of the orbit. the impacts of space radiation and the variation of the operating temperature of the cell are considered ,And it can compare between the several categories of PV cells.

    La reconnaissance des caractères fait l'objet de diverses applications de traitement d'images. En pratique, pour assurer la reconnaissance d¿un caractère, ce dernier est sujet d¿une étape de prétraitement, ensuite il est décrit par des primitives bien spécifiques, et finalement reconnu suite à la mise en correspondance de son descripteur avec ceux d¿une base prédéfinie. L¿extraction des primitives pertinentes et discriminantes se montre souvent la phase la plus complexe et critique lors de la conception d¿un système de reconnaissance car un mauvais choix des primitives influence négativement et nettement sur les résultats de la classification. A cet effet, nous nous sommes intéressés essentiellement à la proposition de deux nouveaux systèmes de reconnaissance basés sur les approches statistiques, structurelles et évolutionnistes (algorithme génétique et stratégie d¿évolution).

    Dans l¿industrie aéronautique et aérospatiale, le renforcement et la réparation des structures métalliques à l¿aide d¿un patch collé à base de matériau composite sont très reconnus comme techniques efficaces et rentables. De nombreux travaux se font actuellement pour améliorer la technique de la réparation des fissures par collage des patchs en composite. Ce travail va dans ce sens, il a pour objectif de déterminer par simulation numérique les performances de la nouvelle technique originalement proposée et développée au sein de Laboratoire Mécanique Physiques des Matériaux, c¿est la technique du double adhésif. L¿idée consiste à diviser la couche adhésive du simple patch en deux bandes avec différentes propriétés. La première bande est appliquée sur la région fissurée pour assurer le transfert des contraintes, la deuxième bande est employée au delà de cette région pour éviter l¿arrachement du patch.

    As a comparative study, the research deals with two different types of economic news items the first items are written by native experts and the second are translated by non-native, non specialized journalists. The research in hand should focus on weak points in translating economic news items by non-specialized personnel. Hence, we can deal with three major features: Size: Reuters, which has its own coverage of economic news, produces in general long, detailed and elaborate news items, while TAP provides short and concise business news. Interest: Reuters as a global news agency is a key provider of international financial market data, while TAP is rather domestically oriented to cover economic news. Linguistic skills: linguistically speaking, it is unfair to compare non-native and native journalists. The comparison here is about craftsmanship; Reuters economic news items are produced by specialized economists (experts) while those provided by TAP are translated by non experts in the business field.

    A travers notre étude, nous essayerons de jeter la lumière sur « Le thème de la guerre à travers le temps et l'espace dans L'Acacia de Claude Simon ». Notre tâche consistera à répondre à ces questions : Qu'est-ce que la guerre ? Pourquoi Claude Simon a-t-il accorde, dès ses premières oeuvres, une place aussi centrale au thème de la guerre ? Comment les deux guerres ont-elles été vues par Claude Simon ? Quel est l'impact des deux guerres mondiales selon notre lecture de L'Acacia ? Que signifie-t-il L'Acacia ? Qu'est-ce que cet acacia indique ou symbolise ? Nous allons recourir à l'approche psychocritique, thématique, comparative, paratextuelle, narratologique, bachelardienne et descriptive.

"A considerable amount of knowledge management is common sense, but it's not common." To achieve the potential benefits of knowledge management, a systematic approach is required. The essentialities of this approach are explained in the following. Knowing that what you know (and what don't know). ¿ It is often supposed that this essential knowledge has been well understood, but for review and investigating about hypotheses, carrying out knowledge consideration is usually a good point for authenticating of the resources and knowledge usage. This should: Specifies the key areas of knowledge that require effective management, and evaluates the quality of information; ¿ Specifies the gaps in preparation of knowledge and discovers the repetitions; ¿ Specify the holders of key knowledge and reveal the vulnerable areas; ¿ Refers carefully to barriers at knowledge flows across the organization;
