  • - A Trial Lawyer Examines the Evidence
    by Joe Otto

"Joe Otto, a friend, and dedicated layman has written a remarkable and engaging book. It is remarkable for the range of theology that he covers in so short a space. It is all the more remarkable in that these are topics about which theologians write great tomes and about which they argue with one another today. Best of all is his strong presentation of the centrality of the resurrection of Jesus Christ as a real event thattook place in Jesus in 30 A.D. in the outskirts of Jerusalem, with amazing implications for understanding thewhole of Scripture and for our lives in Christ today. Pick up and read." Rt. Rev. John H. Rodgers Jr. Th. D.Dean/President Emeritus Trinity School for Ministry, Retired Bishop AMIA "Joe Otto blessed the church where I served by teaching a series on stewardship. Now he has used his legal mind to lead us to make a decision to follow Jesus. He makes a concise case largely rooted in the unique truth of Christ's resurrection. Just as Abraham experienced the 'resurrection' of Isaac when God provided the ram in the thicket, Joe leads us to find new life when he helps us see the truth of the Lamb of God rising from the dead." Rt. Rev. J. Mark Zimmerman, D. Min. Bishop, Angelican Church in North America, Southwest Diocese Former Rector of "St. Francis in the Fields" and "Somerset Angelican Fellowship", Somerset, Pennsylvania "it is great to see a trial lawyer with lifetime experiences bring that same analytical talent to the Christian faith. Joe Otto addresses in this book a wide variety of evidence concerning the Christian faith - very helpful to the inquiring mind of someone who wants real answers." Rev. Dr. John Guest, Rector/Senior Pastor of Christ Church at Grove Farm, former Rector of St. Stephen's Church, Sewickley, Pennsylvania and Founding Evangelist, JGET, Oxford University, United Kingdom "The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ are the central facts undergirding Christian faith and life. Joe Otto brings to bear his legal training in a succinct and masterful summary of the Biblical and historical evidence for the reality of these events and compellingly urges their significance for us today. This little book will both greatly encourage Christian disciples and challenge those who do not believe, are skeptics, or simply havequestions, to take the step for faith." I especially liked the compendium of references to the incredibly intricate way God's design is displayed in the small details of the natural world.

    by Connie Ordelheide Anderson

Symbols are a part of our society. But where words change biblical symbols remain the same. In her study of symbols, author Connie Anderson used a literal meaning of a word, unless the word is a number or symbol. Fish for instance is associated with the words of Jesus, who invites us to be fishers of men, not real sharks, crabs, or clown fish. Symbols anciently explained events in world history. Indicating God is revealing his plan, Anderson details the differences between how the Holy Spirit guided the world as the Berlin wall fell in Germany, the Iron Curtain was raised in Russia, and one man took on an armored tank on Tiananmen Square in China along with a vastly different outcome as Lucifer instigates bitterness and revenge on September 11, 2001. Anderson unveils the scene in Heaven, as the Heavenly courtroom is opened to view. She hopes to provide prophecy as a comfort as Michael stands up to defend those whose names are in his book. You are protected by your Bridegrooms friends on 200,000,000 white horses. The Red Horse shares her faith in finding symbols that God cares and the devil destroys as she examines the laws of God and reaffirms Jesus has sent us many comforters!

Ben Walters moves from extreme poverty to wealth beyond his dreams which he pays the horrific price for when he is set up in a corrupt syndicate that he doesn't have a clue about. However, Ben is sharp-witted himself and through some ingenious ideas becomes a man of influential authority. He changes his identity to George Morley and becomes a forceful character with intentions to unearth the men who framed him and bring them to justice. Regardless, he is also a compassionate man and helps those impoverished people of his past which changes the course of his life. Bridget Turner enters George's life when she is only fifteen years of age. She is almost raped by the farmer she works for when George comes across them and saves her. She is younger than his own children and his heart sorrowfully goes out to her. Their paths move in many different directions until eventually they meet up years later through the affluent Giles family, who are behind the set up. George again saves Bridget by helping her and her family out of the poverty-stricken life they are living. The friendship between George and Bridget builds until Bridget feels more like a daughter to George and he a father to Bridget. However, George doesn't suspect the Giles family who he constantly finds himself involved with, and is unaware of the heartbreaking secret that not only Bridget holds but through the Giles family she has innocently involved his son, Quinton in. This deceitful connection in turn deeply hurts the one person that both Bridget and Quinton look up to and adore, George Morley.

  • by Pierre Fenelon
    £10.49

The book is about encouraging the Biblical teaching of sexual relationship between a man and a woman, the way God intended it for us to be. This is a unique way of approaching the issue: the who, the what, the why, and the how about this specifi c subject in understanding its benefit, our responsibility, perhaps some consequences, and mostly the accountability to the one that gave it to us freely.

  • by Linda Villegas Bremer
    £10.49

In a collection of poems inspired by the angels in her life who generously share their gifts and virtues with her, Bremer explores nature and spirituality and poses complex questions that prompt others to look inward for the answers. While finding joy in Gods magnificent plan, being gratitude to Spirit from circulating good around and through her, and being in the abundance that is naturally hers, Bremer recognizes her friends, one-by-one, in a lyrically touching way that shines a light on each of their unique abilities to make her feel happy, special, and hopeful. Throughout the poems, Bremer intersperses positive affirmations that remind others to embrace their own spiritual journeys and live a full life abundant with gratitude, love for fellow earth travelers, and enthusiasm for pursuing dreams. Soul Reflections shares poetry that teaches all of us the value of friendship, gratitude, and self-love as we continue on our paths through life.
