This book "We are BIGGER than RELIGION" is made up of 25 Truth for Journey's that are some of Dr Alan's Letters to the Church. He points out that the Church has become transcultural, Catho-Pentecostal, visual and a material culture. It seems that people are sold out seeking influence rather than God's Power! If you want an identity, seek the presence of His Holy Spirit, then go and make disciples of Jesus in all nations, Not Your Self, Group, Assembly or Church.Dr Alan's heart is to help establish leaders who are hungry for truth, and equip believers with revelational teaching as God directs that would cause them to be victorious and well established in their pursuit to follow their divine race.
The Beast - The Devil's Friend In this poetic text, author Buddy Larrier utilizes his skills of razor-sharp irony to emphasize some grave problems in our "concrete jungle" society. I call it poetic because even though it appears as straight prose, the constant use of rhyme and rhythm gives the impact of poetry. I believe this is intentional. A few quotations will suffice: - "Even the officers act as if they are in prison". "...if Hell is a place that God has cursed, then the Devil is happy because prison is worse". The Beast deals with our modern Drug Addiction: - "In my house there are many mansions, the prisons and the mental institutions". "My best agents have perfected the use of the Bible and the Gun, the two main instruments which have given me most fun". "This is war, there are two of us, different but equal, myself and the guy on the other side who stands for justice, peace, righteousness, forgiveness, brotherly love and tolerance; yes, He stands for all the things I am against". "If you decide to jump into my saddle, you better ride me well, for once you're on my white horse; cocaine, heroin, or any of my other emotions, I will take you straight to Hell. I have the keys, remember that well". Buddy Larrier is a "social activist", he obviously believes that our social problems must be tackled in a macro holistic manner; thus, whatever action he takes, he wants the whole world to be involved. The work of such persons needs to be more readily understood by the general society and also more readily accepted. Glenroy Straughn former Coordinator of 'Citizens Against Narcotics Barbados.

The rise of Narendra Modi is a watershed moment in Indian politics. In fact, such is the magnitude of his influence on the country that India's governance paradigm and political history can be easily divided into two distinct eras-pre-Modi and post-Modi.Modi became the chief minister of the Indian state of Gujarat in 2001. He was undefeated in all subsequent elections and became the state's longest serving chief minister. While Modi strode Gujarat like a colossus, propelling multi-dimensional progress, bigger responsibilities beckoned. Modi's exemplary success in Gujarat, paved the way for him to be popularly elected India's prime minister in an overwhelming victory in 2014. He is a prime minister unlike anyone earlier, both in terms of appeal and body of work. As a result, in 2019, he was re-elected with an even bigger mandate. His appeal is the result of his work in many domains over a long social, political and administrative career. Modi's impact is not restricted to India alone, and numerous national and international polls regularly declare that he is the most popular international leader. In 2021, Modi completed twenty continuous years as the head of a government. This book, a compilation of chapters authored by eminent intellectuals and domain experts, attempts a definitive and expansive exploration into the fundamental transformation of Gujarat and India over the last twenty years due to Modi's unique model of governance.""

Donor families are unique, yet are also becoming substantially more common with the exponential advancements being made in the field of reproductive medicine, and with the wider acceptance of LGBTQ+ and single-parent families utilizing donor gametes in recent decades. The accessibility of commercial DNA testing is also helping to expand these families, as many people are finding out by surprise that they are part of a sometimes quite large donor family. Individuals connected to donor families are therefore much more likely to be seen across a variety of mental health and medical settings for a range of presenting problems, either related to or separate from this part of their background. Regardless of the presenting issue, for these individuals the challenges of forming and redefining family as they explore their own or their child's new biological connections can seem overwhelming and are therefore very likely to surface as a topic of discussion in treatment. Given the greatly increased probability of encountering a client connected to a donor family in their practices across settings, and the specific challenges this presents, clinicians must be well-informed about all perspectives in order to address such issues in a knowledgeable and sensitive manner. Counseling Donor Family Members provides clinicians and mental health professionals with guidance on the unique issues that can present for egg and sperm donors, parents of donor-conceived children, and donor-conceived people. They will be better prepared for many of the issues that donor family members might present in regards to their family of origin and with their new donor family relationships. Counseling Donor Family Members is both a resource for mental health and medical professionals in any setting, and a useful reference book for researchers, and donor family members themselves. It presents evolving ideas, recommendations, and talking points, that can be used in counseling everyone in the donor family. Because each stakeholder is deeply connected to the others, understanding all viewpoints is important for a successful counseling experience with any parent, egg and sperm donor, or donor-conceived person.
