Every author wishes to be read—sometimes even stories they wrote when they were worse at it than they are now need a little attention. That's what this book is for. This is a collection of stories written over the span of thirty years. Some are bad. Some are not so bad. One is even based on a dream I had the night a famous author passed away. (That doesn't make it any less terrible.) I hope you enjoy them anyway.
You see, about ten years ago the people of Cimmeria got rather tired of the condition of their streets. They were badly paved. They were full of good intentions, but the citizens thought they ought to have something more lasting...Sometimes a shade has to do what a shade has to do. The Americanization of Hades has brought with it upheaval and golf. The late James Boswell has a newspaper to run, and thus he borrows the Enchanted Typewriter of the amazed author. Thus it's explained how the various tales from Hades came about in our living world and why he managed to bicycle with so many unseen companions at once.
It's like a sketch diary, a quirky pencil sketch comic based on events in the life of the author. From army wife to geek life, cats and beyond. They're sloppily drawn, they're funny, and they're (exaggerated) true stories.

Her resistance to Rome and, later, the Muslim conquest of Maghreb in the region known as Numidia has become the stuff of legends.

The monster: the elusive pagan god figure, Pan, who none dare to look upon lest they die of horror.
The elite clubhouse, the Houseboat located on the River Styx, has been stolen by the dreaded pirate Captain Kidd when the member's wives were onboard. The ghost of Sherlock Holmes steps up to help track down the boat and recapture it. If that were all of the pirates' worries, they may fare better...
In the land of the Dark Wood dwells the Princess Myrtle, who disguised herself as a beggar to find true love. A magic tree grows in this fantastical kingdom, but only those whose heart is touched by selflessness can see it. Golden archers come to life there, and everyone from the gentry to the rabble build invisible walls of love and shed prophetic tears. The tiny town of Weir has remembered this fantastical place for generations. Quite by accident, Lieutenant Gullivar Jones of the United States Navy is transported to Mars. Not a barren, lifeless planet, Mars is a lush and beautiful world whose elf-like people embrace him like a brother.
