A Kingdom of Dark Truths

Deceit prevails in a kingdom of dark truths.
Diana will someday become Queen of Eira and uphold the peace her ancestors brought to the land millennia ago. But on her Ascension Day, the peace is broken in the form of bewildered Spense, a member of their long-sworn enemy race. Gravely injured with his memory all but gone, Diana is tasked to work with him to avoid a re-ignited war between the two fae races.
Spense is a reminder of the atrocities his people committed against hers, and though she wants to hate him, Diana can't deny the magnetic pull between them. As they work to piece together the mystery of his arrival, everything she's ever known about Eira's history and her ancestors' part in it begins to unravel before her eyes.
Armed with only her wits and intuition, Diana must battle centuries of prejudice in her quest for the truth. Tensions rise, relationships become strained, and secrets are revealed. And for Diana, this all-consuming knowledge may be the start of the biggest battle yet.
