A Plain T[EX Primer

The intention of this primer is to introduce TEX and to provide the reader with sufficient information to get started with the majority of tasks which he or she wishes to tackle. It explains why TEX approaches its subject in the way it does, and provides the "context" into which it fits. Plain T[EX is the common starting point for TEX users and can be extended or modified to suit individual needs.
