Following the opening night of a new musical under the pier, Twizzle Twist hopes for a nice evening with her boyfriend But when Twiz and Chaz discover the star of the new musical dead, Twiz finds herself following the tune of another mystery.
The death is just another note in Star Sinclair's samba about the town's biggest eyesore. The town council's chairperson hasn't given up her plans to destroy the town's amusement pier. Twiz and her friends find themselves fighting town hall in a race to head off demolition of one of St. Mo's iconic landmark, and Twizzle's home.
When the murderer strikes again, Twiz and her friends try to hit the chords to uncover clues that can unmask the killer, and bring the deadly chorus to an end. And, can they mobilize enough townsfolk to take on city hall and save the pier?
