About Acts
There is peace in the heart of the child of God that goes beyond all the trials, hate, pain, and sorrow this world brings. This peace goes beyond death, the peace that opens graves, sets captives free. This is the peace of our Living Lord that breaks all chains, claims the hearts of the fallen, adopts them into the family of God in which the redeemed cry out: Abba Father. ----- The Spirit you received does not make you slaves so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him, we cry, "Abba, Father. (Romans 8:15) The Bible is complete; it is our source, the life blood of the saint. The book of Acts, though only 28 chapters speaks of the work of the early church. We are the continuation of this outpouring that happened on the day of Pentecost, we are the 29th chapter. This is the final race set before all who dwell in the Saving Life of Jesus Christ.. As Paul, I pray we can cry out on that day: ----- I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. (2Timothy 4:7-8)
