Advanced Materials Production

About Advanced Materials Production

In this book, the author will present a theoretical and experimental study of the unique phenomenon of "vibroturbulization", which permitted to obtain advanced foam material, foam concrete, composite material, nanocomposites, ceramics and bioceramics under terrestrial conditions. The author, using the exceptional property of microgravity - isotropy and the bubbling process, created an advanced foam material, nanomaterial and a new form of anti-tumor chemotherapy drug in microgravity conditions. The method developed by the author for growing homogeneous single-crystal silicon in microgravity conditions by eliminating of the arising in microgravity non-gravitational convective processes, using the theoretically predicted use of the "vibroturbulization" process in microgravity conditions, permitted to potentially grow a homogeneous monocrystal of silicon, using the Czochralski method in microgravity conditions.
