Akeira's Journey

Lets face it, who likes reading history? Especially for younger children, who can get lost in the dates, and facts. So why not teach through adventure! Follow Akeira as she finds her way through the Underground railroad and meets some friendly historical characters along the way. Make it fun for your child to learn about Frederick Douglas, Harriet Tubman and many others!
Take your kids into the woods of Maryland where Akeira gets chased by slave-catchers and runs for her right to be free. Have them learn of all the people who try helping Akeira to freedom.
