I can't promise 100% simple meals, but I can promise restaurant worthy. Tantalizing to the eyes and appealing to the palate. From fine dining to delicious mouthwatering burgers, sandwiches and appetizers to feed a crowd.
#1 . . . A well-stocked pantry. #2 . . . A Fridge overflowing with essentials, #3 . . . A freezer fit for a Butcher Boy's flare. #4 . . . Bread from your favorite bakery. #5 . . . A bottle of Vino . . . optional.
Garnishes . . . Fruit on a stick . . . accent/ presentation. Water/wine decanters. Cheese/fruit.
Music to my ears. I cook by Smell and eat with my eyes. I use all five senses when cooking.
Taste . . . Touch . . . Smell/Aroma . . . Sound/Sizzle in the pan/grill . . . Sight . . .
Moonwalks to the Fridge . . . grabbing a bottle of Vino.
