Allah made the ship?

I never thought that Allah had anything to do with what people make. I thought Allah made the earth and the moon while people made things like planes and cars. But I learned from my mom to be grateful to Allah for all the things including what people make. She often talks to Allah and thanks Him for the many blessings, like planes, ships, chairs, beds, cakes, and more.
